Animator 2D
Being a 2D animator is a job I would love to do. Basically, this job is about creating whole universes by hand and putting stars in the eyes of the people who see your work. Being an animator is not just about animating, it’s about reflection and imagination, creating original movies or projects that can be full of meaning and intention. I always thought this job was beautiful as a kid, and I still think so. What I love in this job is the drawing part as much as the teamwork and the whole process of reflection that takes place before the final piece.
Game maker/designer
As much as I love animation, I also think being a game maker or a game designer is great. In these jobs, you have the opportunity to create an infinite number of things, offering an experience that movies cannot provide. Just like in the creation of an animated movie, I love the whole process of developing a video game starting from the basic ideas, moving through sketches, coding, bugs, animation, developing the game’s lore, and finally reaching the finished product. In fact, I simply love the idea of creating something that can have an impact on people.
